Healing Our Relational World
This year’s theme, Healing Our Relational World, will explore our relationships not only with one another, but with ourselves and with the planet. The conference will examine the impact of our connections with nature and society, from a cultural, ecological and political standpoint, and offer tools to heal disconnection and enhance wellbeing.
We’ll explore relational healing across four key pillars:
- Self-relationship: Exploring identity, embodiment and the journey toward a balanced mind-body connection.
- Connections with others: Examining the impact of romantic, familial and social bonds, along with the role of boundaries in healthy relationships.
- Cross-cultural connections: Enhancing cultural understanding to bridge divides and promote global healing.
- Community & collaboration: Shifting from individualism to collective approaches for tackling shared challenges.

Accommodation
General Information
All attendees that have booked accommodation through the Masters Events website for 2025 will receive further information regarding their booking in the run up to the event. This information will be specific to the college or hotel that is hosting them and will cover check in and facilities information.
For all information related to accommodation please follow this link: https://mastersevents.com/oxford-2025/accommodation-booking/
The link will enable you to book accommodation for fixed 3- or 4-night blocks depending on your needs, and subject to availability. We can only offer accommodation within the date blocks we have listed in the link and are unable to offer partial refunds for unused nights. The accommodation offered at various colleges across Oxford is very much the “Oxford experience” and all the colleges are steeped in history with beautiful architecture and grounds to explore. However, this is very much ‘student dorm’ style accommodation – there is no room service available, and your rooms will not be cleaned on a daily basis (very few colleges offer daily cleaning services). Accommodation in these colleges are on a B&B basis unless stated otherwise. Breakfast will be served in the Main Hall at each venue unless stated otherwise.
For alternative accommodation, we recommend that you visit B&B and self catering | Conference Oxford
Do you have double occupancy rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have any double occupancy rooms available on our website.
The accommodation we are offering is ‘student dorm’ style accommodation meaning there are only single occupancy rooms. For alternative double occupancy accommodation, we recommend that you visit www.booking.com or B&B and self catering | Conference Oxford for a range of hotels/bed and breakfast options.
Can I add additional nights to my booking?
We are unable to alter the dates provided or add on additional nights as these dates are a fixed timeframe with the colleges.
We recommend that you visit B&B and self catering | Conference Oxford or www.booking.com for a range of hotels/bed and breakfasts to book any additional nights.
Will there be somewhere to store luggage if I arrive early/ after I check out?
We are considering luggage storage and working on securing provision for this on certain days, where possible. This information will be shared in accommodation specific communications sent out in the run up to the event.
Food and Beverage
General Information
Water will be available at each venue throughout the event, and we recommend you bring a refillable water bottle with you, which you can top up as needed.
Masters Events will be providing limited snacks and beverages (tea and coffee) across most sites for the duration of the event. We strongly advise you to check the website and the brochure for more information during the event. The Clarendon Quad Marquee and Divinity School (which will be hosting our exhibitors) and Exeter College front quad (where our Customer Service desk will be located), will be the main sites for food during the lunchtime breaks. This will be offered on a first come, first served basis. There will also be snacks and food available for sale at The New Theatre and drinks and snacks available at Trinity College Cafe.
Additional to this, there are many places to eat in Oxford – catering to all tastes and price points. Oxford is a compact city, and you will be able to find cafés, restaurants and street food within an easy walk of all the main Event venues.
We are working on getting discount codes for restaurants around the city to give to attendees.

Despite the staggering statistic from 2017 that 792 million people worldwide, or 10% of the global population, suffer from mental health disorders—a number likely underreported—the dissemination of effective treatment methods remains insufficient. There are many brilliant professionals with valuable expertise that could greatly benefit those in need, yet this knowledge is not reaching the necessary audiences. Masters Events aims to bridge this gap by providing a platform to share this critical information. Presenters will share their extensive clinical experience and modalities specific to the sector, providing valuable insights and advanced evidence-based approaches and techniques. This transfer of knowledge will enhance the capabilities of mental health professionals and improve patient outcomes globally.
Learning Objectives
- Examine the Neurobiological Foundations of Human Connection
