Can I bring my luggage?

These are located close to Oxford Railway Station, Gloucester Green Coach Station and the city centre, making them convenient for exploring Oxford before or after the conference.
Popular providers include:
We recommend booking in advance, particularly during busy periods, as availability may be limited.
If you have booked accommodation with us, please look out for your accommodation email which you will receive closer to the conference with information about luggage storage availability.
Making the most of your experience
Ensure you are booked onto sessions
In-Person Attendees
All in-person attendees are required to book their preferred conference sessions in advance. If you would like to view or update your session selections, you can access your registration and schedule by logging into your account.
Once logged in:
- Go to “My Account”
- Select “My Tickets”
- Next to your 2026 ticket, click “Manage”
This will open the registration portal, where you can view and edit your schedule. Pre-booking sessions helps us manage room capacities and ensure the best possible experience for all attendees.
Please remember we are always updating the schedule so keep checking back for new sessions that have been added.
Virtual Attendees
Virtual attendees have the flexibility to join any session throughout the conference and are welcome to move between sessions as they wish.
However, we encourage you to select your preferred sessions in advance to create a personalised schedule within the Event App. Your selections also help us understand attendee interests and inform future virtual programming and content planning.
The session I wanted to book onto is fully booked, is there a waitlist?
Whilst we do not have a waitlist option it is worth checking back as a space may open. If someone who is booked onto that session changes their choice, a space will then become available.
As an in-person attendee, your ticket also includes virtual access, allowing you to live stream sessions on your own device during the conference. This provides added flexibility and the opportunity to access content beyond your booked in-person sessions.
All conference sessions will be available on demand for 90 days after the event, giving you plenty of time to catch up on any content you were unable to attend live (excluding some smaller workshops and sessions in Trinity Garden Room).
Will seats be reserved at sessions?
Whilst we have ensured that there is a seat for everyone booked onto the session, seats will be taken on a first come first served basis. We will have reserved seats for those with accessibility needs. Please be aware that in our larger venues some of the seats are very high up.
Will all attendees have access to recordings of the sessions?
Yes, all attendees have access to recordings of each live streamed session for 90 days. Please note there are some smaller sessions which are not recorded or livestreamed e.g. sessions in Trinity Garden Room or the Art Space.
Will the sessions be live streamed for virtual attendees?
Yes, the sessions will be live streamed for virtual attendees, and in person attendees will also have access. Please note there are some smaller sessions which are not recorded or livestreamed e.g. sessions in Trinity Garden Room or the Art Space.
How do I know when a session is live?
Once a session becomes live a ‘Join Session’ button will appear on the schedule item. This button appears as soon as the feed begins so you will not miss anything as a virtual attendee.
Which sessions give CE credits?
Sessions that are expected to award CE credits will be identified on the conference schedule with a CE tag in the session title.
Please note that CE accreditation remains subject to final approval by our joint accreditation provider, Pinnacle Conference, LLC. Any changes to accredited sessions will be reflected in the schedule once the approval process is complete.
Can I see the schedule in my timezone?
You can change your schedule preference to show in your timezone via your profile settings on the MEvents app.

At Transform Trauma Oxford 2026, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself.
There is no formal dress code for the conference. Whether you prefer casual attire, business wear, or something more elegant, you’re welcome to dress in whatever makes you feel your best.
As a conference that values authenticity, wellbeing, and inclusivity, we celebrate all personal styles. You may see attendees in everything from leggings and trainers to suits and evening wear, and everything in between.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and able to enjoy the event. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to dress, so come as you are and wear what feels right for you.

Accommodation
General
Accommodation at Oxford colleges offers a quintessential “Oxford experience.” These historic colleges are steeped in tradition, with beautiful architecture and grounds to explore.
We are also offering a variety of additional accommodation options, including a selection of more upmarket hotel options. Availability is limited, and we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Please note that:
- Accommodation is offered only as a five-night package
- Accommodation in the colleges is single occupancy.
- Accommodation in the hotels is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is possible; however, no reduction in the accommodation fee will apply.
- We are unable to amend dates or offer partial refunds for unused nights.
Please also note that the Basic College Accommodation options offered on the accommodation page are basic student accommodation and are very different from hotel stays, which is reflected in the cost.
These college rooms are functional and designed for students, with camp-style beds or thin mattresses, and minimal furnishings. Towels and linen are provided but are basic, and guests may wish to bring their own for added comfort.
This basic accommodation is offered because it is the most cost-effective option in Oxford and allows guests to stay within historic Oxford college buildings. Facilities within the rooms are extremely simple. Please only book college accommodation if affordability and location are your priority, rather than comfort or luxury.
