Live Event Tickets
Refunds for virtual tickets are available up to one month before the start of the event. Refunds for in-person tickets are available up to two months before the event start date.
All approved refunds are subject to a £25 +VAT administration fee, plus any non-refundable PayPal or Stripe processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.
To request a cancellation and refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line: “Masters Events Order Refund Request”. Please include your order details and the reason for your cancellation request.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable cancellation deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that all accommodation and evening event ticket purchases are final and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be amended.
Cancellation or Postponement by Organisers
If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organisers for any reason, ticket holders will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event date.
