Live Event Tickets
Refunds for services are available up to one month prior to the start of a live event for virtual tickets and two months notice is required for a refund of any in-person ticket. A service fee of £25 (+ VAT) and all PayPal or Stripe fees will be applied to all refunds.
We are unable to offer refunds for accommodation or evening events
To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with the subject: Masters Events Order Refund Request. Please include details of your order, and your reason for cancelling
Cancellation requests made after this timeframe may not receive a refund.
Recorded Content
Anyone purchasing the instant access recordings may not request a refund unless they can prove they have not downloaded any of the content.

If we need to cancel or postpone for any reason, ticket holders will be offered the opportunity of a full refund, or to move to the new date.
