Private Screening of the Traumality Premiere

How can we heal what we do not see?

Please join us for an exclusive premiere of Traumality - a documentary exploring trauma not as a marginal issue, but as an overlooked force shaping mental health, behaviour, relationships and society itself.
At a time when anxiety, depression, addiction and burnout are increasingly visible, Traumality asks, "What if some of the behaviours and conditions we try to treat, manage, medicate or punish are connected to trauma that has never been properly seen?"

The film

Traumality began with filmmaker Ton Mazzone’s own search to understand emotional responses and relationship behaviours that never fully made sense in his own life. On his journey toward healing, he began to understand how deeply trauma had affected his life, relationships and sense of self. Seeing the impact this understanding had, Ton began to question how many others could relate to his experience, and what they may have been carrying alone?

What followed for Ton was a deep exploration into trauma as we see it today: the experts, the neuroscience, the symptoms, the management and the true stories that people carry through life.

The result is a film that challenges whether many of the systems within mental health require a fundamental shift in how trauma is recognised, understood and addressed. Join other voices across the mental health, policy, media and advocacy community to gather in London for this exclusive event.

A Paradigm Shift

The gap between what scientists and researchers understand about trauma and how society responds to it remains vast.

This evening is an opportunity to be part of that conversation at an early and important moment. To witness the beginning of a broader shift in how trauma is understood across mental health, media, education, policy, and public life.
