Sessions
Do I need to book onto sessions?
All in-person attendees need to book onto their chosen sessions. If you would like to view or edit your session selection you can do this by logging into your Masters Events account and clicking on ‘My Tickets (2025)’. You then need to click on ‘Select’ and you will be able to view your session choices. If you would like to edit your registration you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘edit registration’.
Please remember to check back periodically as new sessions are being added and you may wish to change your selection.
Virtual attendees are free to watch any session and switch between them as they wish. However, we would request that you select your preferred sessions to enable a personal schedule in the app. This will help us to gauge interest and improve future virtual lineups.
The session I wanted to book onto is fully booked, is there a waitlist?
Whilst we do not have a waitlist option it is worth checking back as a space may open. If someone who is booked onto that session cancels their ticket, a space will then become available.
You can edit your session selection in your Masters Events account by clicking on the tab ‘My Tickets (2025)’ and ‘select sessions’. You can then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘edit selections’.
All sessions will be available to watch back after the conference ends for 90 days so you can catch up on any missed content.

Whilst we have ensured that there is a seat for everyone booked onto the session, seats will be taken on a first come first served basis. We will have reserved seats for those with accessibility needs. Please be aware that in our larger venues some of the seats are very high up.

CE/CPD Credits
What are CPD / CE/CME credits?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits are the British equivalent of the US Continuing Education (CE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
As a British organisation, all our Transform Trauma Oxford sessions contain CPD credits, accredited by CPD UK. There is a total of 96.5 live and enduring CPD hours available. At the end of the event, we will send you an email about how to claim your CPD certificate. Once completed, you will receive a certificate with all the hours on it.
We’re pleased to also offer CE/CME credits, accredited by CME Outfitters, LLC on selected sessions. There is a total of 30 live and enduring CE/CME hours available. Please note that since multiple sessions will happen concurrently, there will be a limit to how many live credits you can obtain, but you can collect enduring credits via our playback option.
For attendees claiming CPD credits (UK-based attendees)
All sessions will carry CPD credits. If you watch all the sessions both live and recorded, you will earn over 96 hours of CPD.
Once the conference has finished you will be able to log into your Masters Events account and click on ‘view course’. This will bring you to a CPD tab where you can fill in a form to apply for CPD. You will be able to download a CPD approved certificate once complete.
Attendees may choose to self-declare the hours of learning in the participants myCPD portal – delegates new to CPD would need to register for a myCPD account via the CPD website. It is based on self-declaration and trust.
For attendees claiming CE/CME credits (US-based attendees)
We are working with joint accreditation partner CME Outfitters, LLC to offer live and enduring CE credits for specific sessions at Transform Trauma Oxford. Not all sessions are accredited with CE credit, so please refer to the below list and make sure you attend the correct sessions.
*Note: CE eligibility remains subject to final confirmation from our joint provider.
Claiming LIVE CE/CME credits

- Locate the live session and click ‘Join Session’ once the session has begun
- Once in the session, click ‘Claim CE Credits’
- You will then see the following confirmation screen with a link to the CE provider’s website. (see screenshot below)
- *Note: this will take you to a post-session questionnaire that you’ll need to complete to finalise your CE/CME claim. You do not need to fill out this questionnaire this during the session, you have up to 4 weeks to complete and submit it (though we recommend completing in the break or later that day, so the material is still fresh in your mind).
- Enjoy the rest of the accredited session (in person or via livestream)
To access the questionnaire later:
- Go back into the attended session in the event platform
- Click on ‘Watch Replay’
- Click on ‘Claim CE Credits’
