Saturday pre-registration takes place at the Front Quad, Exeter College, Turl Street, 12:00–15:00.

If you are arriving Sunday – you can register at the venue of your first booked session. But please allow good time to do this – ideally arrive around one hour beforehand.

If you are arriving after Sunday – you will need to register at Customer Service, Front Quad, Exeter College (off Turl Street).

If you need help on the day, look out for Transform Trauma volunteers wearing ‘Masters Events’ black bibs.

To find your QR code you must log in to the Web App

You will need this code for registration at the conference. Without it, your registration might be delayed. Here’s how you find it:

Yes, the sessions will be live streamed for virtual attendees, and in person attendees will also have access.

To find your registration, enter the Transform Trauma Oxford 2025 event. Click the Profile Icon in the top right and a menu will load, on this menu you will find “My Registration”, click into here and you will find a button that says “edit registration”.

Important: Once you have made your selections be sure to click  “Save registration”

Please note that changing from a session will not save your space in that session and you may lose it.

Sessions

All in-person attendees need to book onto their chosen sessions. If you would like to view or edit your session selection you can do this by logging into the Web app and clicking through to the Edit registration page.

Virtual attendees are free to watch any session and switch between them as they wish. However, we would request that you select your preferred sessions to enable a personal schedule in the app. This will help us to gauge interest and improve future virtual lineups.

Whilst we do not have a waitlist option it is worth checking back as a space may open. If someone who is booked onto that session changes their choice, a space will then become available.

All sessions will be available to watch back after the conference ends for 90 days so you can catch up on any missed content.

Whilst we have ensured that there is a seat for everyone booked onto the session, seats will be taken on a first come first served basis. We will have reserved seats for those with accessibility needs. Please be aware that in our larger venues some of the seats are very high up.

Yes, all attendees have access to recordings of each live streamed session for 90 days.

Yes, the sessions will be live streamed for virtual attendees, and in person attendees will also have access.

Once a session becomes live a ‘Join Session’ button will appear on the schedule item. This button appears as soon as the feed begins so you will not miss anything as a virtual attendee.

Sessions that award CE credits will be marked with the CE/CME Accredited tag. You can also filter the schedule to show only CE/CME Accredited sessions.

You can change your schedule preference to show in your timezone via your profile settings on the MEvents app.

CE/CPD Credits

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits are the British equivalent of the US Continuing Education (CE) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.

As a British organisation, all our Transform Trauma Oxford sessions contain CPD credits, accredited by CPD UK. There is a total of 96.5 live and enduring CPD hours available. At the end of the event, we will send you an email about how to claim your CPD certificate. Once completed, you will receive a certificate with all the hours on it.

We’re pleased to also offer CE/CME credits, accredited by CME Outfitters, LLC on selected sessions. There is a total of 30 live and enduring CE/CME hours available. Please note that since multiple sessions will happen concurrently, there will be a limit to how many live credits you can obtain, but you can collect enduring credits via our playback option.

All sessions will carry CPD credits. If you watch all the sessions both live and recorded, you will earn over 96 hours of CPD.

Once the conference has finished you will be able to log into your Masters Events account and click on ‘view course’. This will bring you to a CPD tab where you can fill in a form to apply for CPD. You will be able to download a CPD approved certificate once complete.

CPD certificates will be available after the event ends. We will email all attendees with information on how to access their certificate.

We are working with joint accreditation partner CME Outfitters, LLC to offer live and enduring CE credits for specific sessions at Transform Trauma Oxford. Not all sessions are accredited with CE credit, so please refer to schedule inside the Web app which can be filtered by accredited sessions.

*Note: CE eligibility remains subject to final confirmation from our joint provider.

LIVE CE/CME credits MUST be claimed during the session. Claims will not be available before the session starts or after the session finishes.

  1. Sign into the Masters Events web app
  2. Click on the event: Transform Trauma Oxford 2025
  3. Click on ‘Schedule’ from menu at the bottom
  4. In the ‘Filter by’ fields, choose to filter by CE/CME accredited sessions
  5. Locate the live session and click ‘Join Session’ once the session has begun
  6. Once in the session, click ‘Claim CE Credits
  7. You will then see the following confirmation screen with a link to the CE provider’s website. (see screenshot below)
    • *Note: this will take you to a post-session questionnaire that you’ll need to complete to finalise your CE/CME claim. You do not need to fill out this questionnaire this during the session, you have up to 4 weeks to complete and submit it (though we recommend completing in the break or later that day, so the material is still fresh in your mind).
  8. Enjoy the rest of the accredited session (in person or via livestream)

To access the questionnaire later:

  1. Go back into the attended session in the event platform
  2. Click on ‘Watch Replay
  3. Click on the link through to the CME Outfitters, LLC website.

Important:

  • You must do this for each session you would like to claim credit for.
  • To be eligible for LIVE credit, you must log your attendance (i.e. click ‘Claim CE Credits’) during the session – even if you complete the evaluation later.

Transform Trauma Oxford’s live activity offers CE credit for:

  • Physicians (AMA)
  • Nurses (ANCC)
  • Psychologists (APA)
  • Social Workers (ASWB)

All other attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Session replays will be available to watch in the Masters Events web app shortly after each livestream ends, however enduring credit will not be available until a few weeks after the conference, once a full content review is complete.

You will receive an email as soon as enduring credit is available, with full instructions on how to claim.
