Notes: The Grove Building offers comfortable student accommodation within the stunning grounds of Magdalen College. Parking: Unfortunately, Somerville does not have any parking on site which can be offered to conference delegates, guests, or visitors. There is a park and ride facilities on the outskirts of the City and parking in St. Giles is on a pay and display basis.

To avoid the city centre, come into Oxford via the A40 northern ring road and take the A4144 Woodstock Road south for about two miles. Somerville is on the right just before you reach the city centre and the merge onto St Giles.

By Train: The city is around 1 hour’s journey from London Paddington and Birmingham New Street stations. There is also easy access from most other directions. Oxford railway station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from Somerville. There is a taxi rank at the station.

By Coach: Gloucester Green coach station is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the College. There is a taxi rank in Gloucester Greenmarket square, next to the coach station.

By Air: Heathrow and Gatwick airport.

Check-in: On arrival please report to the Porter’s Lodge to check-in. You will receive a room key and access card on arrival which must be held on your person until departure. Your access card will allow you to enter college and buildings within college by holding it up to the card reader. To exit buildings you must press the green button on the inside. Remember to return your keys and access card to the lodge and vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure. Access to the college is via the main entrance only. The main gate is closed at 8pm and locked by 11pm.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available via the Cloud network. Please note that the Cloud is a third-party provider, and all user support is managed directly by the Cloud. Support is available online only via their website; telephone support is not provided.

Notes: The College provides single ensuite student bedrooms for a clean and comfortable place to stay. All rooms include bed linen, towels, toiletries and hospitality trays.

Description: The Levine Building at Trinity College, Oxford, is a modern residential facility which opened in 2022 and is set within the historic college grounds. The building offers high-quality, contemporary single ensuite accommodation designed for comfort, accessibility, and convenience.

All study bedrooms are en-suite with showers (no baths) and include free Wi-Fi, a washbasin, hospitality tray, refrigerator, desk, small double bed, and ample built-in storage. A number of rooms are fully accessible, and the building benefits from permanent wheelchair access to key areas, including library floors.

Parking: Please note that on-site parking is not available at the College. Guests are encouraged to use Oxford’s Park & Ride services, which stop nearby. Alternative parking can also be found at the Gloucester Green underground car park or the Westgate Shopping Centre car park.

Check-in: The main entrance to Trinity College is located on Broad Street, directly opposite Turl Street. The College is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the railway station, where taxis are readily available, and around a five-minute walk from Gloucester Green bus and coach station and car park.

Notes: Delegates also have access to shared kitchens and laundry facilities, as well as nearby academic and social spaces within the college. The Levine Building provides a comfortable and well-connected base in the heart of Oxford, ideal for conference and event stays.
