FAQ's for Oxford 2026

This year’s theme, Science, Spirit and the Body: The Synthesis of Healing, explores the meeting point of evidence, lived experience, and the ineffable. The conference is a four-day international gathering focused on trauma, mental health, and wellbeing, bringing together leading clinicians, researchers, educators, and practitioners from around the world.

The conference is delivered in a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual attendance options, and features a rich and varied programme of keynote presentations, panel discussions, and experiential sessions.

For in-person attendees, the event takes place across multiple centrally located venues in Oxford, allowing for a diverse and dynamic programme while remaining easily walkable between locations. There are many points of interest between venues and accommodation. You can find more information about exploring Oxford here: https://oxfordcity.co.uk/explore-oxford/

We are currently offering Super Early Bird ticket pricing, available until the end of February.

After this period, we will move to Early Bird pricing:

  • ÂŁ845 for in-person attendance
  • ÂŁ295 for virtual attendance

Early Bird tickets will remain on sale until the end of May.

Following this, full-price tickets will be available:

  • ÂŁ995 for in-person attendance
  • ÂŁ395 for virtual attendance

Full-price tickets will remain on sale until the conference or until sold out.

Yes. All attendees, both in-person and virtual, will have access to recordings of all sessions for 90 days after the conference ends.

All main stage sessions will be live-streamed, these include sessions taking place at the New Theatre, Town Hall, Trinity Lecture Theatre, Balliol Marquee, Exeter Marquee, the Randolph, and the Weston Library.

Smaller workshop sessions will generally not be live-streamed. For example, sessions taking place in the Trinity Garden Room will be in-person only.

Evening events will also not be live-streamed and are available to in-person attendees only.

Please check the individual session listings in the schedule.

We understand that the full ticket price may not be within everyone’s reach, so we are pleased to announce the opening of scholarship applications for Masters Events Oxford 2026. Click here to apply.

The scholarship pricing is lowest we can offer for in-person or virtual tickets.

No. We do not offer single-day tickets or hybrid virtual/in-person tickets. However, live streaming is included with all in-person tickets, so if you are attending in person you will still be able to watch live-streamed sessions virtually if needed. This allows flexibility if you are unable to attend a particular session in person.

You will not receive a physical ticket. Closer to the event, your digital ticket will be available via the event platform, and access details will be emailed to you.

The schedule is available to view here.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change. Speakers, session titles, formats, and timings may be updated as planning evolves. We are also adding new sessions regularly.

We recommend that you keep checking back on the website or app for the most up-to-date information.

Session booking and registration is now open. If you are a 2026 ticket holder you will receive an email with further details.

  • All attendees will be required to register for the sessions they wish to attend
  • In-person sessions are subject to venue capacity limits, so we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment

Do virtual attendees need to book sessions?

Yes. Virtual attendees are required to pre-book their chosen sessions.

This is particularly important as some sessions are virtual-only and have limited capacity. Booking in advance ensures you secure a place in your preferred sessions.

We recommend reserving your sessions as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We recommend booking the sessions you most wish to attend live. All other sessions will be available as recordings. You will have access to all recorded content for 90 days after the conference via the virtual platform. If you wish, you may also watch the live virtual stream from your own device while attending in Oxford.

We ensure there is seating available for everyone registered for a session; however, seating is first come, first served.

Please note:

  • Reserved seating will be available for attendees with accessibility needs
  • Some larger venues include seating at higher levels

Accommodation at Oxford colleges offers a quintessential “Oxford experience.” These historic colleges are steeped in tradition, with beautiful architecture and grounds to explore.

We are also offering a variety of additional accommodation options, including a selection of more upmarket hotel options. Availability is limited, and we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Please note that:

  • Accommodation is offered only as a five-night package
  • Accommodation in the colleges is single occupancy.
  • Accommodation in the hotels is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is possible; however, no reduction in the accommodation fee will apply.
  • We are unable to amend dates or offer partial refunds for unused nights.

Please also note that the Basic College Accommodation options offered on the accommodation page are basic student accommodation and are very different from hotel stays, which is reflected in the cost.

These college rooms are functional and designed for students, with camp-style beds or thin mattresses, and minimal furnishings. Towels and linen are provided but are basic, and guests may wish to bring their own for added comfort.

This basic accommodation is offered because it is the most cost-effective option in Oxford and allows guests to stay within historic Oxford college buildings. Facilities within the rooms are extremely simple. Please only book college accommodation if affordability and location are your priority, rather than comfort or luxury.

Additional ticketed evening events will be offered. Further details and ticket release information will be shared soon, please keep an eye on your email and our website.

Please note that evening event tickets are non-refundable.
