Effective for all events hosted by Masters Events
1. Schedule Subject to Change
Masters Events reserves the right to modify the event schedule at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to speakers, session content, start/end times, formats (in-person or virtual), and the overall structure of the event.
While we make every effort to deliver events as advertised, circumstances including but not limited to illness, emergency, technical issues, or unforeseen logistical challenges may require adjustments to the published schedule.
2. Refunds in the Event of Schedule Changes
Changes to the event schedule do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, except where explicitly noted in the case of single-speaker events.
Multi-Speaker or Multi-Session Events
Where the event features multiple speakers or sessions, changes to individual speakers, sessions, or timings do not affect the validity of the ticket. The standard refund policy and deadlines remain in place.

Single-Speaker or Single-Session Tickets
If a ticket has been purchased solely for a specific speaker or session that is cancelled or replaced in full, the ticketholder will be eligible for either:
A full refund (minus a £30 admin fee / £25 + VAT), regardless of time period or
An alternative option such as a free upgrade or credit toward a future event, offered at our sole discretion
3. Limitation of Liability
Masters Events shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by attendees due to changes in the event schedule, including travel, accommodation, or any other consequential expenses.
