Live Event Tickets
Refunds for virtual tickets are available up to one month before the start of the event. Refunds for in-person tickets are available up to three months before the event start date.
All approved refunds are subject to a £25 administration fee, plus any non-refundable PayPal or Stripe processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.
To request a cancellation and refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line: “Masters Events Order Refund Request”. Please include your order details and the reason for your cancellation request.
Refund requests submitted after the applicable cancellation deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
Recorded Content
Anyone purchasing the instant access recordings may not request a refund unless they can prove they have not downloaded any of the content.
Cancellation or Postponement by Organisers
If Transform Trauma Mexico is cancelled or postponed by the organisers for any reason, ticket holders will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event date.
